((Deo's gonna drag this whole teasing thing out a little longer so he sobers up and hope you don't mind him picking her up, I'll change it if you like))
He would be lying to himself if he said that he wanted anything more then he wanted to kiss her as she drew his fingers back and forth along her lips. It was hard to focus on anything other then those lips. He felt light headed, that pleasant warmth that came with drinking slowly spreading through his body. He had always been a mind drunk, he felt like he was staggering around and like he was slurring his words when he was in fact simply standing and carrying on a normal conversation. All throughout high school and college he had been the 'DDD' designated drunk driver. There had been a few too many times when he had woken up at home with the car in the driver way with no clue how he got there only to call up a friend and find out that he had taken himself home. They had always said that they had thought he was sober at the time... Though he was far from blackout drunk he knew he wasn't too far off and he too would much rather remember this night. He also didn't want to just come of as another guy who got drunk, slept with a girl then took off and never saw her again. Okay, maybe that was who he usually was but this time he wanted it to be different, wanted it to be more. He wasn't sure if she was thinking the same but he wanted it to mean something to him. He wanted to see her again after this if only as friends.
He was glad she felt comfortable enough around him to simply speak, not to have to keep a filter between her mind and her mouth. It was rare for him to think about what he was saying, often it was a bad idea to just talk but he didn't usually keep people around if they couldn't deal with his rather carefree additude. There was very little that would ever bring his spirits down, even a zombie apocolypse and killing his own family hadn't done it. But it was people like Alsion that made this facade he wore all the easier. She made him smile just by looking at him and as sappy and romantice as that sounded he was enjoying it. It wasn't often you came across anyone who would just hang out and relax for a while, especially women now a days. It was nice to have a challenge for a change. It was probably good that he had met her if only to keep him on his toes for a while, remind him that he couldn't always get his way. Though he was pretty sure they were both getting their way tonight. Alison teased him that they didn't need to play a game to strip before she even agreed to get rid of the bar tender, which was good because he was far from thinking clearly enough to be able to sweet talk the guy into handing over the keys. She on the other hand seemed to tackle it with little no no effort. Though he voice was lowered he could tell if only from the mans voice that they knew eachother. It peaked his interest but he let it slide for the time being.
And then suddenly everyone was being shoed out by the bartender and he was closing down shop. The whole process probably took only 5 minutes but watching her stand there made it seem like an eternity. They were going to play a game, and preferably not a drinking one. he wanted to be at least a bit more sober for this because though the scorpion hadn't caused him to hallucinate it had still been fully saturated with alcohol and had hit him like a sack of potatoes. He had been pleasently buzzed one minutes then borderline blackouted the next. So as she leaned against the bar, the high bar streatching out invitingly making him suddenly wanted to hoist her up on, he leaned against the pool table, folding his arms over his chest. But as she twirled the keys around her finger and asked him who exactly won a grin streatched across his lips and he placed a hand on the pool table, giving himself a little push to set him on his way he walked slowly towards her, eyes hungrily roaming her slender form. "I think I still won" he purred as he grabbed her around the waist and hoisted her up, carrying her easily back to the pool table and setting her down. He stood between her legs, hands on either side of her hips and leaning down so his face was inches from hers. God she was beautiful...
It hadn't been a long time for him since the last woman he had slept with, this town was full of the ones who just threw themselves at men who they thought that they would protect them. But it had been a long time since had had met a girl he actually cared enough about to hesitate. "Yeah, I definatly won" he said with a cheeky smile as he once again let his eyes slid over her body, resiting the urge to rip her clothes off. You needed another set of clothes if you were going to do that... His gaze caught hers before scanning down slowly, eyes traveling along her cheekbones, to her nose then down to those lips his had wanted to kiss so badly all night. Finger tips trailed up to her hand, eyes following it as it tracked a path up her arm, over her shoulder to trace lazy patterns on the hollow of her neck. "What shall it be? Blind mans bluff? Poker? Blackjack? heads or tails?" he chuckled, as much as he wanted to cut this torture short the potential strip tease and the fact that more time would cause him to sober up more. He defiantly wanted to be more sober for anything that happened tonight, and maybe have her a bit more sober so she didn't do anything she'd regret?
