She had decided to adventure out of the safety of her home and out into what was called a world but to her it wasn’t. She shook her head and placed the pistol on her hip and a knife in her boot. Adjusting the gun and her shirt she opened the door and quickly turned and locked it before heading down the road at an even quicker pace. People wondered how she could run and move so fast in heels, she always muttered something about talent. It was a rear treat to see Stella out, she didn’t go out unless she needed to get some groceries or something. Her dark hair was curly and caught the warm breeze that blew across the road, it was a nice breeze and she enjoyed it. She could see her destination, starbucks. It was still safe and she wouldn’t have to worry too much but her guard would still need to be up as stranger things had happened before. Stella shook her head and casted a glance over her shoulder before looking forward once more, she was on high alert, she hated walking by herself. She hated the fact that so much had changed in a short time period. Her hand reached out and pulled on the handle, entering she breathed a little and went and took a seat at a table, not near the window and kind of hidden but not really. She figured she should order something, so she stood and walked up to the counter placing her order for green tea. She waited and finally got her order and went and sat back down at her table, sighing she took a sip and looked around before settling her eyes on the table. outfit

Ryan entered the Starbucks. He was dressed in a pair of camouflage pants and a black tee shirt. He had a large M14 sniper rifle slung over his shoulder. His eyes surveyed the interior of the Starbucks, landing on a dark haired girl. He looked her over and smiled appreciatively before heading to the counter. He easily slid over the counter and grabbed his own coffee and a doughnut and came back around.
He approached the dark haired girl and motioned to the empty seat in front of her.
"Mind if I join you?" he asked her curiously.
She was really cute. he flashed her a smile and patiently waited for her to respond.
He probably was the closest thing to the military going right now. Some of his comrades were either Reanimated or dead...or rather somewhere in between. It was not a place Ryan cared to go regardless of who was with him. He would save his own ass if it was down to that.
While that might be cold, he had no reason to let anyone in or get close to him. His hazel eyes studied the girl, wondering what her story was, but that was really none of his business

She was looking down at the table and heard a man’s voice and looked up a little blush creeping on her cheeks, she gave him a nod that it was ok and went back to staring at the table, when he sat she still didn’t want to look up, she was having one of her moments. She shook her head and looked up at him, im Stella, sorry im not good around guys, trust problems. She spoke quickly and quietly and glanced around momently before landing her gaze on him, he was handsome and by the looks he looked like he had or was in the military. She shuttered lightly, picturing him, she gulped and went back to looking at the table, Josh please just stop, he had her pinned on the floor, his hand was mere inches from striking her again, her body trembled and she shut her eyes as she felt the blow to her face again, tears ran down as she heard the knife clank against its case before the warm painful sting surged through her body, she couldn’t scream as she felt the knife cut across her stomach, before removed, and plunged into her thigh and then it held was held above her heart but the loss of blood was making everything hazy but she could make out the figure coming behind Josh before everything went black… She jerked and looked at him and then the door, she would give him a chance no matter how hard it was for her to sit here and do just that. She gripped the bottom of the chair and waited.
