experience: 10 year roleplaying experiance, 9 staffing experiance, 5 admining and I work professionally as a coder now at Dream Away Design if you want a list of well known sites I've worked at I can list them but the whole list is pretty long and a lot of them are gone now that spleafnet crashed 
what you're good at: Codes, their my passion but proboards doesn't really need a coder. I can do graphics, though this month I'm not at home so I don't have photoshop and can't show you anything. Though I don't claim to be a professional. I love writing as well and often hire myself out to help people with board descriptions/plots/characters ect. but really just ask and I'll tell you if I can do it or not.
why you should be chosen: Now I gotta sell myself! Fine... I sppose because I practically live on the site, I love greeting new members, getting myself tangled up in plots and generally roleplaying with anyone who is willing to tolerate my spastic charactcers. Ummm... other then that iunno XD I suppose you know me so its really up to you.
